Order Processing Time
All products are made to order. Standard production time is 2–5 business days.
Shipping
Once the order is produced, it is shipped directly from our fulfillment partner’s facilities.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected delivery method.
Free UK shipping is available for orders over £50.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, customers receive an email with tracking information (if available).
Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer may request reshipment after covering the additional shipping cost.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by the store.
