Returns
All products in our store are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns due to wrong size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at kingsofbarbers08@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include photos of the issue and your order number.
Once your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return address
We do not accept returns sent back to our store or personal address.
All products are fulfilled by our production partner, and returns are only accepted in cases of defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective, we will replace it with the same product.
EU 14‑day cooling‑off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
This does not apply to made‑to‑order items unless they are defective.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us for a replacement.
Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
