How long does it take to process my order?
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible.

How long does shipping take?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or preference.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your product is damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 14 days with photos:

We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges. If your item is defective, we replace it with the same product.

DELIVERY ISSUES
My package is delayed — what should I do?
Delays can happen due to carriers or customs.
Check your tracking link first. If it hasn’t updated for several days, contact us.
My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Check with neighbours, household members, or your local post office.
If still missing, email us — we’ll help investigate.
My package was returned to sender.
This usually happens due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.
You can request reshipment after covering the new shipping cost.
